UgandaLacrosse is excited to announce coach @PatrickOriana as the head coach of the U21 men’s national team that will be competing at the @2022worldu21lax in Ireland August 2022.

First ever African Head Coach named in African Lacrosse.

This is a huge milestone for Uganda lacrosse to announce the first home-grown Ugandan head coach of a national team. This appointment represents a significant shift towards the long-term sustainability of lacrosse in Uganda.

Patrick competed with the Uganda men’s senior team at the world championships in 2014 & 2018 and Assistant coach Kenya U19s In 2019. Since then, he has poured himself into building the next generation of lacrosse players in Uganda.
